Todd J. Skowronski is an Associate Attorney with The Meisner Law Group, P.C., and he focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, with emphasis on representing condominium and other community associations, as well as businesses and individuals in a wide range of corporate and real estate litigation matters. From pre-suit demands through trials through appeals to the highest court, Mr. Skowronski has experience with all levels of the litigation process. However, Mr. Skowronski also knows that when litigation cannot be avoided, his clients need an experienced, creative, and aggressive attorney who will tirelessly work to advance and protect their interests.
Prior to joining The Meisner Law Group, P.C., Mr. Skowronski worked as a commercial litigator and white collar criminal defense attorney at a large Detroit-based law firm. He also served as an extern law clerk for two federal judges, first with the Honorable Judge Avern Cohn of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and later with the Honorable Judge David W. McKeague of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
He now uses his depth and breadth of experience to help his clients at The Meisner Law Group, P.C. Whether his clients are engaged in litigation, or seeking legal advice on updating their corporate documents, or seeking legal advice for a sensitive personal matter, Mr. Skowronski understands the importance of trust and candor. Mr. Skowronski believes that communication is the key to every enduring attorney client relationship, and he works everyday to become each client’s long-term trusted advisor and counselor.
Mr. Skowronski graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a Dean King Scholar. He was an Associate Editor of the Michigan State Law Review, and received the Jurisprudence Award for Research, Writing, and Advocacy. Before law school, he received his Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy from Michigan State University.
