Ms. Richter has been a practicing litigation attorney for over 15 years. She is a 2003 graduate of Wayne State University Law School. Ms. Richter has a wide range of experience in litigation matters including handling pre-trial proceedings, discovery, motion practice, trials and appellate practice, including successfully arguing cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals. She focuses her practice with The Meisner Law Group in the areas of condominium and general real estate law, litigation and bankruptcy, with particular emphasis on debt collections and bylaw enforcement. Ms. Richter has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate and collection law, and is a longstanding member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Ms. Richter is a long-time fitness enthusiast and runner. She was a varsity member of the Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country programs at University of Detroit Mercy while working toward her undergraduate degree, and has since completed five full marathons and numerous other running events.
